Genesis 24 is is a crucial chapter in the continuation of the covenant that God made with Abraham as it hinges on Isaac marrying in the covenant. And it has some personal meaning to me as well. 😀
Abraham knew it was time for Isaac to find a wife, but he wanted to make sure Isaac married a worthy woman in the covenant. Unfortunately for him, there weren’t any nearby.
