In this episode we'll talk about John chapters 2-4. These chapters contain some notable stories from the life of the Savior, including turning water into wine, his visit with Nicodemus, and meeting the woman at the well. We'll discuss the example of John the Baptist and his reaction to the Savior's increasing popularity. This teaches an important lesson that thinking about the needs of others, in addition to providing appropriate service to them, is an important component of good mental health. We'll also talk about the example of Jesus turning water into wine, and how it teaches an important lesson regarding how we need to be actively involved in our own mental health improvement.
