There were many “certain” women who followed ministered to Jesus, imparting their substance, faith, and devotion to many people. And there’s even more today!

So, how are things like leaven, a pearl of great price, or a net like the growth of the Church in our day? When we take these older parables and “apply them to our daily lives”, it can inspire us to participate more fully in the work of Christ’s latter-day Church.
Just like how seeds need good soil to grow, we also need to cultivate the right environment for our hearts to accept the will of God and increase our faith in Jesus Christ.
From mustard seed to a good airplane story, we are surrounded by parables that can bless us if we are prepared to receive them.
When our words can really connect us daily with our loving Heavenly Father, then I think we will have truly learned how to pray.

When we exercise faith first, then the Lord will proceed to show us the things we desire and give us greater light.
