The Natural Man vs. The Eternal Self

We all know our spirits came to earth to inhabit a body but the union of those two is often one that creates dissonance and opposition since they have different roles to play. But as coach Michelle Keil will share, it is when we can reconcile the body and the spirit and help them both function well is when we can progress and move forward in the fastest way possible. Our spirits want to progress but our bodies want to keep us safe and so our spirits must learn how to help the body also want to progress.
