Helping Your Perfectionist Teen to Feel Enough
Being the parent of a teenager is not for the faint of heart! Anxiousness seems to be such a part of their lives and if your teen is a perfectionist, then that anxiousness is even greater. So what do we do? We arm ourselves with new perspectives and tools to help them. We educate ourselves on things that we can do and say, or NOT do and say, to help calm their nerves so they feel free to truly be the person they are meant to be!
