We often feel like if our child is struggling in the gospel, there is something that needs to be fixed or changed about them. But what if the change you want to see in your children were to come from changing yourself? Coach Tina Gosney feels one of the best ways to help your child in their faith struggles and with their emotions is to be good at handling your own struggles and emotions. We'll talk about how our relationship with God is dependent upon our obedience to His commandments; either good or troubling consequences result based on our choices. We'll also discuss the question of "why bad things happen to good people" and address two key points that can help develop greater insight into that idea.
